Terms of Service

We work to keep package descriptions, prices, service areas, availability, and other website information accurate. Content may change, and typographical, technical, or pricing errors may occasionally occur. Website estimates are planning tools rather than final invoices or guarantees of availability.

A binding appointment exists only after the requested date, location, scope, and applicable scheduling terms are confirmed. Material price or scope changes will be communicated before additional service is performed.

Users must provide information they are authorized to provide and must not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or infringing content. A person requesting service represents that they are authorized to arrange work for the vehicle and service location.

H&N membership currently provides the discount displayed during booking and is not a paid recurring plan. A verified customer account is required. Member eligibility and the booking email are checked before the discount is applied, and discounts have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to completed or previously confirmed bookings.

Member savings and referral savings cannot be combined on the same booking. A valid referral link applies one referral discount to an eligible booking; an existing member receives their normal member savings instead.

We may revise or discontinue membership benefits for future bookings. A price and discount already frozen into a confirmed appointment remain governed by that appointment record. Customers may unsubscribe from promotional email without closing their account or losing an otherwise active membership.

The website may rely on or link to independent providers for hosting, mapping, geocoding, scheduling, payment, social media, or other functionality. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. H&N Mobile Detailing does not control an independent provider’s availability, security, content, or policies.

A link is provided for convenience and does not necessarily mean we endorse every statement, product, or service on the linked site. Customers should review applicable third-party terms before submitting information or payment.

The website’s original text, graphics, layout, photographs, branding, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to H&N Mobile Detailing LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source or third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and notices.

Visitors may use the website for personal evaluation and booking of services. No content may be copied, republished, sold, misrepresented, or used commercially without permission except as allowed by law or an applicable license.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, cost control, legal compliance, vendor limitations, or business changes. Automatic address lookup may revert to manual entry when request or monthly limits are reached.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. When a tool is unavailable, customers may use our contact page to request information or service.

The website and its informational tools are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, H&N Mobile Detailing disclaims implied warranties relating solely to website operation and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by temporary website interruption, third-party outages, or reliance on an unconfirmed estimate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for our negligence, willful misconduct, completed service obligations, or any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Physical detailing services are governed primarily by the Service Agreement and confirmed appointment terms.

To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for loss reasonably caused by their unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or submission of information they were not authorized to provide. This provision does not apply to loss caused by H&N Mobile Detailing’s own negligence or misconduct.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Missouri, without overriding consumer protections that apply based on a customer’s location. Before filing a formal claim, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern directly through the contact information below.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

We may revise these Terms as the website and services change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the visitor accepts the revised website terms; changes do not retroactively replace confirmed appointment terms unless both parties agree or law requires otherwise.
