Ask Us Directly
Do I need to provide water?

No. Our mobile detailing setup is fully self-sufficient, and we bring the water and power needed for every appointment. We only require a safe, approved place to work and any access instructions relevant to the property.

Do I need to provide electricity?

No. Our mobile detailing setup is fully self-sufficient, and we bring a generator to every appointment.

What happens if it rains?

Weather can affect safety and the finished result. We monitor local conditions and may adjust or reschedule when rain, lightning, extreme temperatures, wind, or unsafe surfaces interfere with service. A weather reschedule initiated by H&N has no cancellation fee, and any deposit will transfer or may be refunded if a reasonable replacement time cannot be arranged.

How long does a detail take?

Timing depends on the package, vehicle size, overall condition, and the number of technicians assigned. An Interior Refresh or Exterior Refresh generally requires less time than a Signature Package. We’ll provide a more accurate expectation after reviewing your appointment details.

Do you remove pet hair?

Yes. Pet-hair removal is available with the Interior Refresh and Signature Package. Select Yes when pet hair is present so we can review the vehicle and prepare an accurate custom quote before scheduling.

Can you come to my workplace?

Yes, provided the location is within our service area and there is a safe, permitted space for us to work. Please confirm property or employer approval and include any parking or access instructions when booking.

Can you detail in an apartment complex?

Yes, when the property allows mobile detailing and there is a safe, level, legal place for the vehicle and our service truck. Please obtain management approval beforehand and include gate codes, parking rules, building details, and any other access instructions when booking. If space or property rules are uncertain, use our contact page before reserving an appointment.

Can I leave while you're working?

Yes. After the initial walk-around and key handoff, you may leave if we have permission to access the vehicle and can reach you during the appointment. Please keep your phone available in case we discover a condition that needs approval, and arrange to be available for the final walk-around and remaining payment unless another plan is confirmed in advance.

How much space does mobile detailing need?

Please provide a safe, reasonably level work area with room for your vehicle, our service truck, equipment access, and maneuvering. Two adjacent parking spaces plus clear room to enter and exit is a useful minimum, but more space may be needed depending on the property layout. We cannot block traffic, sidewalks, neighboring spaces, fire lanes, or emergency access.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may reschedule a confirmed appointment online up to two times when it is more than 24 hours away; the existing deposit and booked price move with it. Additional changes require H&N review and may affect the deposit. An online cancellation is available when the appointment is more than 24 hours away, and an eligible paid deposit is sent to H&N for refund processing. Within 24 hours, after a missed appointment, or when a late arrival prevents service, the deposit may be retained for the reserved time and travel.

Do you require a deposit?

If a deposit is required, the amount is shown before confirmation and is applied to your final balance. If H&N cancels and a reasonable replacement time cannot be arranged, you may choose a refund or transfer. Customer cancellation and rescheduling are handled under the cancellation policy disclosed at booking.

What should I remove from my vehicle beforehand?

Please remove cash, valuables, sensitive documents, medications, firearms, fragile items, and loose personal property before we arrive. Remove child seats if you want the area beneath them cleaned; for safety, we do not reinstall child restraints. Remaining belongings can limit the areas we clean and may be gathered into a visible area. We do not intentionally discard personal items, so please identify anything that could reasonably be mistaken for trash.

What does the ceramic protection in Signature do?

Signature Ceramic Protection adds a durable, water-repelling layer that enhances gloss, helps water bead from the surface, and makes routine cleaning easier. It helps protect against everyday environmental exposure, but it is not scratch-proof, permanent, or a substitute for proper washing and maintenance.

How long should I avoid getting the vehicle wet afterward, if applicable?

When ceramic protection or another curing product is applied, plan to keep the vehicle dry for at least 12 hours when possible and avoid washing it or using chemicals for seven days. Weather, temperature, and the specific product can change the cure period, so any aftercare instructions provided by your technician at completion take priority.

What happens with heavily soiled vehicles?

Heavy soil, embedded debris, severe staining, bodily fluids, mold, pests, or other unusual contamination can require additional labor, a custom quote, or a different service plan. We do not currently offer odor-removal treatments. We will review the disclosed condition, explain what is realistically achievable, and obtain your approval before performing work beyond the confirmed scope. Unsafe or undisclosed hazardous conditions may require us to stop or decline service.

What determines the final quote?

The final quote is based on the selected package, vehicle size, actual condition, pet-hair selection, service location, applicable taxes, and any custom work or adjustments you approve. Accurate booking details help us provide the right total from the beginning. If the vehicle differs materially from what was disclosed, we will explain the change and obtain approval before adding work or charges.

Do you document pre-existing damage?

We may inspect and photograph the vehicle before and after service. Please disclose loose trim, peeling paint, cracked glass, damaged electronics, repaired upholstery, aftermarket parts, water leaks, or other sensitive areas. Documentation helps distinguish existing wear or defects from the work performed.

Will photos of my vehicle be used on social media?

Not without separate permission when the vehicle or customer is identifiable. We may take operational photos for estimates, condition documentation, quality control, or resolving a concern, but those photos are not automatically approved for marketing. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn for future use.

When is payment due?

Unless different terms are confirmed during scheduling, the remaining balance is due when the service is complete. Any deposit or approved credit is applied to the final amount, along with applicable taxes and any additional work you approved before it was performed.

What if I notice something that needs correction?

Please point it out during the final walk-around or use our contact page as soon as reasonably possible—preferably within 24 hours—with photos when helpful. We’ll review the concern in good faith and, when appropriate, arrange a reasonable correction opportunity before considering another remedy.

What does the service location need?

The location must be lawful, accessible, reasonably level, and safe for the vehicle, technicians, equipment, and surrounding property. Confirm any landlord, employer, parking-facility, or community permission and provide gate, parking, drainage, water, power, or access restrictions before arrival.
