Customer care policy

Service Agreement

Clear expectations make for better service. This agreement explains how appointments, estimates, access, vehicle condition, payment, and post-service concerns are handled.

Effective August 1, 2026

01

Appointments and service scope

This Service Agreement applies to mobile detailing services provided by H&N Mobile Detailing LLC. By confirming an appointment, the customer agrees to the package, service location, estimated price, and policies disclosed during booking.

Packages describe the normal scope of work. Results depend on the vehicle’s age, materials, condition, previous repairs, and the nature of stains, contamination, or damage. We do not currently offer odor-removal treatments, and we do not promise that every defect or permanent condition can be removed.

02

Estimates and vehicle-condition pricing

Website prices are starting prices. The booking estimate uses the selected package, vehicle type, disclosed pet-hair presence, service address, and estimated tax. SUVs, pickups, vans, other vehicle types, additional labor, heavy contamination, severe stains, or unsafe conditions may require an adjustment or custom quote.

We will explain a material scope or price change and obtain approval before performing work beyond the confirmed service. The customer may decline additional work before it begins. Intentionally incomplete or inaccurate condition information may require rescheduling or cancellation if adequate time was not reserved.

03

Deposits, application, and refunds

If a deposit is required, its amount will be shown before the appointment is confirmed. The deposit reserves service time and is applied to the final balance for that appointment.

When a customer cancels more than 24 hours before the appointment, an eligible completed deposit refund is submitted automatically to the original payment method. Provider processing time may apply, and an interrupted or ambiguous provider result is held for H&N review rather than submitted as a second refund. An eligible online reschedule carries the existing deposit and booked price to the new time. For cancellations or changes within 24 hours, additional changes after the self-service limit, late arrivals that prevent completion, or missed appointments, the deposit is not refunded and may be retained to offset reserved time and travel. If we cancel and cannot provide an acceptable replacement time, the customer may choose a refund or transfer of the deposit.

04

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please use our contact page as soon as plans change. A confirmed appointment may be rescheduled online no more than two times when it is more than 24 hours away and a suitable opening remains available. A third change requires H&N review and may result in the existing deposit being retained or a new deposit being required before another time is reserved.

We may pause, reschedule, or cancel when conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, the vehicle differs materially from the booking information, or completing the requested work would risk damage. We will communicate the reason and available next steps.

05

Weather and outdoor conditions

Rain, lightning, extreme temperatures, high winds, frozen surfaces, and other conditions can affect safety and service quality. We monitor the forecast but may make a final decision near the appointment time because local conditions can change quickly.

When we reschedule because of weather or another condition outside the customer’s control, there is no cancellation fee and any deposit will transfer to the new appointment or may be refunded if a reasonable replacement time cannot be arranged.

06

Customer belongings

Remove cash, valuables, child seats when practical, sensitive documents, firearms, medications, fragile items, and loose personal property before service. Remaining belongings may limit the areas we can clean and may be placed together in a visible area of the vehicle.

We will not intentionally discard personal property. Obvious trash may be removed as part of the service, but customers should identify anything that could reasonably be mistaken for trash. We are not responsible for loss or damage to undisclosed fragile, unsecured, or valuable items except to the extent caused by our negligence or otherwise required by law.

07

Pre-existing damage and sensitive materials

We may inspect and photograph the vehicle before and after service. The customer should disclose loose trim, damaged electronics, peeling paint, failing clear coat, cracked glass, repaired upholstery, aftermarket components, water leaks, warning lights, or other sensitive areas before work begins.

Normal cleaning can reveal or worsen deterioration that was already present but hidden by dirt or wear. H&N Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, latent defects, normal wear, manufacturer defects, or failure of previously damaged or improperly repaired materials, except to the extent damage is caused by our negligence or applicable law provides otherwise.

08

Property and access requirements

The customer must provide lawful permission to service the vehicle and use the location. The work area must be reasonably level, accessible, well ventilated, and safe for the vehicle, customer, technicians, equipment, and surrounding property.

  • Confirm property-owner, landlord, employer, parking-facility, or homeowners-association permission when applicable.
  • Provide accurate gate, parking, loading-zone, and community-access instructions before arrival.
  • Keep children, pets, pedestrians, and unrelated vehicles safely away from the active work area.
  • Tell us in advance about restricted drainage, noise, parking, or equipment access so we can confirm whether service is feasible.

10

Payment timing

Unless different terms are confirmed during scheduling, the remaining balance is due when service is complete and before the vehicle is released or the team leaves the location. Deposits and approved credits are applied to the final balance. Applicable taxes, approved additions, and disclosed adjustments will appear in the final amount.

Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Missouri detailing services are currently treated as exempt from sales tax under Missouri Department of Revenue guidance. Taxes may apply in other jurisdictions or to separately sold taxable products.

Customers should review the service and total before payment. Failed or reversed payments remain due, and reasonable collection costs may be charged only when permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.

11

Satisfaction and correction process

We encourage a final walk-around before the team leaves. If something within the confirmed scope appears incomplete, tell us as soon as reasonably possible—preferably within 24 hours—and provide photos when helpful.

We will review the concern in good faith and, when appropriate, arrange a reasonable correction opportunity. A correction visit is generally the first remedy for a service issue. Refunds are not automatic and are evaluated based on the confirmed scope, vehicle condition, work performed, and whether a reasonable correction opportunity was provided. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
